Soft-set honey is a real favourite. It is made from honey which has been slowly churned so that its natural sugars crystalise to form a silky smooth texture. It used to be called creamed honey and this still describes it really well.
Nothing is added (no cream!) or taken away but the simple act of churning gives a creamy, spreadable honey that is thicker than our drizzling honey. Fans seek it out for its luxurious mouth-feel.
Harry's Soft Set Cotswold Honey - 340g
Like all our honey, Harry's local soft-set comes from beehives around Cheltenham and the Cotswolds. From start to finish, we handle it with care. It is extracted without using any heat and then just lightly strained. We bottle it by hand in small batches.
As with all honey, it's not suitable for children under 12 months of age.
